Impact we can measure, farm by farm.
Every figure we report comes from records of what farmers actually delivered and were paid.
Measured, not reported
Weights, grades and prices are recorded at the factory or pack house when a farmer delivers, and compared with that farm's plan for the season. Nothing relies on farmers filling in surveys.
Where a harvest falls short of plan, the reason is recorded on the next farm visit, so we can tell the difference between a poor season and advice that needs to change.
What we track
Income
The price per kilo farmers receive, against the local benchmark.
Harvest
Yield and grade per farm, season on season.
Market access
Farms mapped and ready for regulated markets, and groups certified.
Land
Farms using rotation and intercropping to protect their soil.
How we report
Every step, from farm visit to payment, is held in a tamper-evident record, so results can be checked rather than taken on trust.
Once the pilot has completed a full season, we will publish what changed for the farmers taking part.
